Grapefruit, carrot and ginger juice

Lovely morning juice, full of zesty grapefruit and stomach soothing ginger.
2 grapefruits, peel and pith removed
5 carrots
1 inch piece of ginger, peeled
Pass all the ingredients through a juicer.
Stir the juice.
Serve immediately.
