Homemade cheese burger
The ultimate way to celebrate the fourth of July is with a cheese burger. 

900g mince beef

Half an onion grated

1tsp paprika

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Cheee slices

Lettuce leaves to serve

Half a red onion, sliced

6 burger buns

2 large tomatoes

Preheat the grill for medium-high heat.

In a bowl, combine the beef, onion, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and aslt and pepper.

Use your hands to turn them into 6 burger shapes

Place under the grill until no longer pink. Pop the burger buns under there for about a minute until slightly crispy.

Place the burger onto the bun and top with cheese, lettuce, red onion and tomato.

Top with the burger bun to serve.
