Peanut butter and berry toast topping

Topping your toast with berries may seem like an usual choice, but this is extremely tasty not to mention healthy.
2 slices wholemeal bread
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 banana, sliced
Handful of raspberries and blueberries
Mint leaves to garnish
Place the bread into the toaster on toast at your preferred setting.
When the toast has popped, generously spread the peanut butter over each slice.
Cut the banana into slices.
Layer the banana slices and the berries onto the toast, you can cut the berries into slices as well if you like..
Garnish with mint leaves.
