Peanut butter, banana and apple smoothie
Quick and easy morning smoothie which contains protein to help balance blood sugar levels.

1 banana, peeled and chopped

1 apple, cored and sliced

2 tbsp peanut butter

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and serve.
