Prawn and chorizo bites with garlic gremolata

Entice your guests with these brilliant combinations of paprika chorizo and garlic prawns.
225g chorizo, sliced
1 red chilli, deseeded and sliced thin
16 cooked, peeled king prawns
Zest 1 lemon
Chopped parsley
1 crushed garlic clove
Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas mark 6.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and set aside.
Fry the chorizo along with the chilli until crisp then place into a small serving bowl.
Lay the king prawns onto the baking tray and bake for 5 minutes until warmed through.
Remove and place into another small serving bowl.
Mix lemon zest with some parsley and garlic.
Sprinkle over the prawn and chorizo to serve.
