Sausage cheese balls
If your little ones love sausages they are sure to devour these tasty sausage balls.

500g pork sausage, you can get this from your local butcher. Alternatively you can use skinless sausages and mash them together with a fork.

120ml milk

150g Cheddar cheese, grated

50g corn

Fresh parsley, to garnish

Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/gas 4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Spoon your sausage mix into a medium bowl.

Pour in the milk and combine using a fork or your fingers.

Add the cheese and corn and mix well.  

Using your hands or a spoon take out some mixture and shape into small balls.

Place on the baking tray and place in the oven for 20 minutes.

Serve with the parsley.
