Slow cooker beef casserole

1kg stewing beef, cubed
35g plain flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
400mls beef stock
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 bay leaf
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, quartered
Combine the flour, salt and pepper.
Using your hands, toss the cubes of beef well in the flour mixture.
Put beef mixture and all other ingredients into the slow cooker and stir well.
Cook 4-6 hours on high, 6-8 hours on medium or 10-12 hours on low.
