Sponge cake in a mug

Sponge cake for one? Yes please.
3 tbsp self raising flour
1/2 tsp butter
2 tsp caster sugar
Pinch baking powder
1 egg
4 tsp milk
Pinch of salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
Icing sugar for dusting
In a small bowl, combine the flour and butter.
Add the sugar, baking powder and egg and mix together well
Pour in the milk, vanilla extract and salt and mix.
Spoon the mixture into a mug. You can use a ramekin if you don't have a microwavable mug handy.
Place in the microwave on high for 90 seconds.
Serve with a dusting of icing sugar or berries.
