Sticky glazed ham
A Christmas favourite!

Unsmoked and Beechwood Smoked Irish Ham Fillets 1.5kg - 4kg

1 tsp cloves

1 jar Handmade Ham Glaze

1 can cider

Bay leaves

Cook unsmoked ham fillet according to on pack instructions.

Then remove the rind & score the fat, studding with cloves.

Brush with Dunnes Stores Handmade Ham Glaze, pour over a can of cider or some stock and roast in the oven until sticky and golden. Serve with bay leaves.
