White chocolate cream

Delicious dessert for all you white chocolate lovers
2 sheets gelatine
150ml milk
40 g sugar
2 tbsp vanilla sugar
100g white chocolate, chopped
150g mascarpone cheese
150ml cream, whipped
To garnish:
grated dark chocolate or berries
Soften the gelatine in cold water and bring the milk, sugar and vanilla sugar to the boil.
Stir the chocolate into the hot milk and dissolve the gelatine in it. Stir in the Mascarpone and finally fold in the cream.
Serve in glasses (easiest to fill using a piping bag) and chill for at least 3 hours. Serve garnished with grated chocolate or berries
