White chocolate heaven
Creamy white chocolate dessert are ideal when having guests.
 

250g white chocolate

200g Greek yoghurt

250ml whipping cream

1 tbsp white rum

Zest of lime for decoration (optional)

Melt the white chocolate until smooth over a pan of hot water, stirring occasionally.

Whip the cream until stiff using an electric mixer or food processor,

Stir in the melted chocolate.

Add the rum and the yoghurt.

Mix until completely blended together and pour into little glasses or cups you wish to serve these in.

Chill for at least 3 hours before serving with lime garnish if using.
