Fresh on the back of his retirement from international football, Robbie Keane proves he's still got it as he takes on a gaggle of 30 (seriously cute) eight-year-old kids.

The father-of-two recently hung up his Ireland jersey but still plays striker for and captains Major League Soccer team LA Galaxy - his family just moved into their 'forever home' in Beverly Hills, despite being in America for the last five years.

However, while he may have said goodbye to playing for Ireland, it is clear the star is still well able to perform on the pitch, even when he is up against 30 kids!

Robbie, along with footballer Steven Gerrard, who also plays for LA Galaxy, was taking part in the LA Galaxy Ridiculous Soccer Challenge.

Here the two professional footballers were up against the 30 eight-year-olds, but they certainly weren’t going to hand the game over to the kids – despite that CLEARLY being the right thing to do!

Steven and Robbie showed off their fairly mesmerising skills but the kids were not going to let them win that easily; while the lads were the first to score, it was quickly matched by a young girl who got one for her team.

Sadly however, Robbie and Steven were just too good for the kids and won the match three goals to two - Robbie just clipped one in at the end!

And while they may not have won, the kids definitely put the guys through their paces, and we definitely spotted a few football superstars in the making.
