Recently a mum shared her shock after her five-year-old son walked home alone from school, and now another disturbing story has emerged this morning.

According to reports, a three-year-old boy walked home from nursery school by himself after being reported missing by staff.

The incident occurred last Tuesday at the Little Owls Playgroup at Newham Bridge Primary School in the UK.

A spokesperson for the local police confirmed the shocking report, saying: “We were informed that a three-year-old boy had left the nursery called Little Owls in Newham Grange on Tuesday, February 3, at 3:30pm, and made his way home. The incident was referred to Middlesbrough Council.”

No further details have been released so far, and authorities said they were unable to comment further on the incident.

This is the latest in a series of frightening stories about children leaving school without the school’s knowledge.

Recently, parents of pupils from a school in the UK were left angry after their children were turned away from the gates over wearing the incorrect uniform.

In a number of cases, the children were left to ring or make their own way back home by themselves.

This is quite an alarming trend. Hopefully, by publicising these incidents, it will make teachers and guardians more aware in future.
