Some of you may recall a particularly gorgeous video we reported on a few months back, showing a group of mums ‘urban soul line-dancing’ to a Sugar Ray song with their babies. The video in question, from the KangaGroove Studio, was a viral hit online – and now the dads are getting in on the action.
Following on from the success of their mother-and-baby classes, Amber and Meeshi Anjali this week showcased a performance from their ‘Mommy Mingle, Daddy Dance’ class – and it has gone down a total treat.
In the video, which has clocked up over one million hits in just two days, these dads can be seen dancing to Wild Cherry’s Play That Funky Music, pulling off some impressive moves, with their babies strapped to their chests.
“For a bunch of dads that claim they don’t dance, they were ‘dancin’ and singin’ and movin’ to the groove’ just to show these mamas how much they appreciate them,” wrote Amber and Meeshi.
And it’s clear that these mums were very impressed with the effort their other halves went to – just check out the moment when they join them, all proud, on the dancefloor!
