Every mum wants to create the perfect birthday party for their little one, but there's not many out there that would (want to) spend £70,000 (that's just over €82K) on a birthday party for twins to celebrate their first birthday.
The lavish birthday party which had an Alice in Wonderland and Peter Pan theme, was created by celebrity event organiser Stephen Duggan for a couple in London, and Duggan remarked that although it sounds over the top it's not unususal for non-celebrities to splash out for their little ones. He says these types of parties are becoming increasingly popular for his non-celebrity clients.
