When Bailey Murray inexplicably became paralysed from the waist down, the teenage girl found herself hospitalised for 11 frightening days.

Thankfully, she had the support of an incredible team of nurses during her stay, one of whom she wanted to surprise when she regained the feeling in her legs and became mobile again.

With the use of a wheelchair, Bailey made her way to the nurse's station before slowing lifting herself out of the chair and taking tentative steps towards one of her favourite nurses in footage which was captured by her mother,

Wrapping her arms around her teenage patient in a display of utter joy, Bailey's shocked nurse made no attempt to hide her emotion, exclaiming: "I am so happy for you! I've been praying for you."

Taking to social media to pay tribute to the woman who never gave up on her daughter, Bailey's mum Becky wrote: "This video is one of her favourite nurses coming onto her shift and not knowing that Bailey had started walking that day. The day before Bailey still had no feeling or movement in her legs"

Expressing gratitude to everyone who supported her family, Becky continued: "I want to thank everyone for their prayers, blessings and support through this."

This is yet another incredibly heartwarming moment captured on camera and we love getting to share in them!
