Our children’s happiness is paramount, and it’s truly impossible to put a price on one of their beaming smiles – and we’re feeling this in a big way today, after finding the following photo.
Photographer Beth Miller has warmed hearts around the world this weekend, after sharing a moving and beautiful photo of a little boy who, at the end of a long journey, finally found his ‘forever home’.
The little boy can be seen posing beside his mum and dad, who are holding up a sign reading: “I have been in foster care for 887 days and today I was adopted May 19, 2016.”
Sharing the touching post to her professional Facebook page, Beth added: “After 887 days, he has found his Forever Family.”
As powerful an image as it is, it didn’t take long for the post to be shared to the ever popular Love What Matters Facebook page – and it has reduced people to absolute mush.
“I’m so happy for you. May your new family cherish you well and give you lots of love,” wrote one woman, who summed up the general feeling.
