Smoked salmon dip
This simple and tasty smoked salmon dip is the perfect appetiser for any meal.
2 packs of Deluxe Organic Smoked Salmon (95g)
2 tbsp Linessa cream cheese
2 tbsp Milbona crème fraîche
1/2 lemon
1/2 Freshona gherkin
Kania black pepper
Blitz 2 packs of Deluxe Organic Smoked Salmon with the Linessa cream cheese, Milbona crème fraîche, the juice and zest of half a lemon, half a Freshona gherkin and Kania black pepper.
Add a handful of chopped fresh parsley, blitz again and serve chilled with crackers, or slices of brown soda bread.
