Parmesan potato wedges
As a snack or a side, these wedges are a treat.
8 small potatoes
50ml olive oil
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp rosemary, finely chopped
2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp paprika
50g grated parmesan
Salt and pepper
Heinz ketchup, to serve
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas 4. Cut the potatoes into wedges.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, parsley, paprika, salt and pepper. Toss the wedges in the bowl.
Spread over a lined baking sheet and sprinkle half the parmesan over the wedges. Bake for 35 minutes, flipping halfway.
Remove from oven and sprinkle the remaining parmesan over the wedges. Serve warm with Heinz ketchup.
