Wholegrain Chicken Nugget Nachos

22 Birds Eye Wholegrain Chicken Nuggets

800g Birds Eye Mini Potato Waffles

1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

1 avocado, diced

150ml sour cream

150ml mild salsa

100g grated cheddar cheese

A bunch of fresh coriander, roughly chopped

Cook the Birds Eye Wholegrain Chicken Nuggets and Birds Eye Mini Potato Waffles according to package directions.
In a large baking dish, place a layer of cooked Birds Eye Potato Waffles. Top with beans, diced avocado, drizzle with sour cream and salsa, then add the cooked Birds Eye Chicken Nuggets.
Top with the grated cheese. Broil under the grill until the cheese is melted.
Sprinkle with fresh coriander and serve immediately.
