Fish Finger Pocket

A simple and delicious snack that the whole family will love

3 Birds Eye Omega 3 Fish Fingers

1 oval pita pocket

30g baby gem lettuce

20g cherry tomatoes

20g cucumber, cut into ribbons

For the tartare sauce:

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tsp gherkins, finely chopped

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp capers, drained and chopped

1 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Salt and pepper

Cook the Birds Eye Omega 3 Fish Fingers according to package directions.
To make the tartare sauce, mix together all of the ingredients and store in the fridge until needed.
Toast the pita pocket. Open and spread the tartare sauce on the pita pocket.
Fill with the baby gem lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber.
Add the fish fingers on top of the ingredients.
Drizzle the tartare sauce over the ingredients to taste.
