According to Sky News, the 27-year-old man and 24-year-old woman who were accused of manslaughter by gross negligence were arrested at the weekend, but have since been released pending further police enquiries.
The passing of seven-year-old Summer Grant rocked the Essex community over the weekend, with thousands mourning the loss of a young girl who died after the bouncy castle she was playing on blew 150 feet through a park in Harlow on Saturday afternoon.
Tributes and floral donations have been left at the entrance to the park which had been hosting a family fun fair since Thursday March 24th.
It is understood that the fair remained closed on Sunday while police launch an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the tragic incident.
