Dublin bay prawns with lemon and garlic

2 lemons

16 Dublin Bay Prawns – Shells removed

A little olive oil

2 cloves garlic - crushed

50g butter

Heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan until melted and starting to bubble.

Add garlic and allow to fry for about 30 seconds.

Add prawns and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the pan.

Remove from pan and drizzle with cooking juices.

Serve with a side salad.
