Baby Sussex: Meghan Markle has revealed her due date

Prince Harry and wife Meghan Markle are set to welcome their first child into the world in the coming months and we couldn't be more excited for the pair.

Rumours about Meghan's due date have been circulating since she announced her pregnancy in October.

Many believed the Duchess was due in February, but she has finally confirmed her due date and it is a lot later than we believed.

Meghan and her husband Prince Harry revealed the exciting news during a royal engagement in Birkenhead this morning.

The Duchess was greeting the public when she shared the special news with a group of fans.

She confirmed that she is six months pregnant.

According to Emily Nash of Hello! Magazine, Meghan revealed that she is due at the end of April or beginning of May.

Emily tweeted: "Meghan has told wellwishers in Birkenhead that she is six months pregnant - due end of April/beginning of May! Lots of baby chat today!"

Today’s royal engagement is Meghan and Harry’s first joint event of the year. The parents-to-be looked as happy as ever as they arrived in Birkenhead this morning.

Meghan looked stunning in a purple dress from Babaton by Aritizia and a read coat by Canadian brand Sentaler.

The Duchess cradled her growing baby bump as she arrived alongside husband Prince Harry.

We are beyond excited for Meghan and Harry to welcome Baby Sussex into the world.
