Celebrity breastfeeding mom

Alanis Morissette says she will continue to breastfeed her 16-month-old son Ever Imre, until he decides he's ready to wean. She says “I think it affords the child, when he grows up, to have a lot less therapy to go to. For me, I protect his safety and his well-being and his attachment. That stage of development is a very important stage.”

 

And regardless of whether you think it's laudable or laughable, I have a question - how realistic is it to breastfeed when you go back to work? I've heard lots mums say they pumped and froze the milk, but I've already started to supplement with bottles and solids because my little one (who is 6 months) is just too hungry, so I didnt' have a choice.
