Feeling Isolated

Please help!

 

I am a 38 year old mother with a beautiful 10 month old baby. I have no support from family and because I work 5 days a week I am finding it hard to get out and meet other mums. My partner works constantly and I feel so isolated and dont know how what to do to help my situation. I live outside of Cork, any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.
