After a young boy told his mother he had no friends to celebrate his 11th birthday with, his mum decided to make him a “Happy Birthday Colin” page on Facebook.

The 10 year old has a condition similar to Asperger's syndrome, which affects his social skills and his ability to make friends at school.

According to his mum, little Colin is often laughed at and has no choice but to have lunch in the school office since none of the other children want to sit with him.

But after his mother set up a fan page for people all over the world to wish him a happy birthday, things might change for him.

“I am Colin's mom, I created this page for my amazing, wonderful, challenging son who is about to turn 11 on March 9th. Because of Colin's disabilities, social skills are not easy for him, and he often acts out in school, and the other kids don't like him,” she wrote.

In only two weeks, the Facebook page geared over 900,000 likes and the number continues to rise. People from all over the world are wishing him a happy birthday and sending him positive thoughts.

While this is still a surprise for Colin, several children in school have been telling him he’s all over the news. Let’s his mother can keep this big secret from him until March, we can’t wait until she films Colin’s reaction to his birthday.

Happy Birthday in advanced, Colin!
