Mum chokes 14 year old boy ...

.... she (allegedly) choked him, becuase of remarks he made online about her daughter, one of which included: 'She's so ugly I wouldn't even rape her'.

 

I hate violence, and for an adult to attack a child is never right. However, I kinda understand why she did it. Debbie Piscitella, a 46 year old mum, and her husband Jim had asked the boy to stop making the remarks, but he refused and instead made even more. I don't know how it happened that they were both in a shopping centre where the alleged attack took place, but afterwards the 14 year old boy then called the police. And although Debbie initially claimed that she did it accidentally, her actions were caught on camera. She was arrested, and later released on bail. The mother of 14 year old boy said if her son did wrong he will apologise, but that the actions of this mother were inexcusable.

 

I feel sorry for the mum in this story, I can understand defending your family and going to any length to do so. But in this case, she has come out the worse for it. I assume the 14 year old (thug) will have to do nothing in this incident, and will presumably be back trolling in no time.

 

For me, this story is another reason why I need to keep the kids off the internet for as long as possible.
