Please Help - Chemical Pregnancy

Hi I could really do with some advise please,
I'll try make this as short as I can.
I had the Mirena Coil fitted January 2011 with not even so much as spotting in the 3 years until Feb 2014 where I had heavy bleeding & clotting..
My doctor advised me that it was a build up of blood not to worry.
On the 09th of March I took a pregnancy test due to chest tenderness to get a confirmed positive test.
Booked an immediate docs app but the test there was negative.
This continued on for 3 days mine positive always first urine of the morning with the doctors to be negative in the afternoon.
I was sent to A&E where they could not advise me either until blood work came back.
I was advised this morning by a doctor that I am pregnant but it is a chemical pregnancy my hormone is too low for it go br a successful pregnancy & my hormone will not increase.
This is confusing me as I know their tests are the best especially blood work but the fact that , the heavy bleed I had dislodged my coil confirmed by scans I didnt actually know when I conceived as was not aware of ovulation dates or anything.
Could it be that I am only just pregnant and that's why my hormones are too low or is it that it is actually a chemical pregnancy.
