pregnancy symptom

Hi fellow yummy mummys i am 16 wks pregnant which will be my third. I was wondering if there was anyone who have experience the following as with this pregnancy i seem to be experience things i never ever experierenced on my past 2 pregnancy. For the last 4 days i seem to have a numbness and pins and needles sensation in both my fore arms and hands ans it can be quite painful for a few minutes depending on whst task i am doing. Should i be concerned? I havent rang the doc yet as i feel that maybe it is all in my head or is it?? I have been quite sick with this pregnancy so its all new to me. Im worried that maybe there is something wrong with the baby and hence all these ailments i think i am going insane and driving people mad complaining so much . Anyone feel the same???
