Tip 4: Make Something for Santa

We were delighted to take part in the IKEA Family activities. My two girls love baking so the "Make something for Santa" activity was ideally suited to our house, and great timing too! The two part mixing bowl set meant they could have one each and the wide variety of pastry cutters were a big hit! We spent about 40 minutes rolling and cutting and then once the biscuits were cooked we had more fun threading the ribbon through the little holes we had made in the biscuits to make our first Christmas tree decorations. Although the biscuits definitely won't last that long in our house! This will be an activity that we revisit a few times between now and Christmas I think!
