Hello, Im not sure if I can do this but I have seen some questions posted on your page and was wondering if you could help me? Very stressed out mummy at the min.

My question is... I kind of have 2 problems here so im sorry if this is very long but im so worried about my 14 months old calcium and fluid intake, she's a very fussy eater and since we switched her to cow's milk she won't drink milk anymore at all. She never would from her sippy cup anyway only her bottle then about a month ago she started refusing milk from her bottle and wouldn't even drink an ounce, so i bought her the growing up milk hoping she would take that and she did for 2 nights from her bottle but that was it, she refuses it now. She used to have a cheese sandwich or toastie every day which she is now refusing too! She has milk in her weetabix, 2 youghurts per day, fruit and potatoes meat and cabbage/carrots as they are the only veg she will eat. I'm worried she is not getting enough calcium in her diet and I'm not sure what to do!! Also I cant get her to drink water she just spits it out straight away, I've been trying that since she was a few months old and she has always refused it so I tried mixing some of the heinz baby juice with water and that worked for ages, she drank that but now she wont drink that either!!! I got her mi wadi no added sugar which she drank but when I read the label i realised there is aspartamine in it which i dont want to give her!! She likes Ribena but Im afraid it has too much sugar in it (it says on side of carton not reccommened for kids under 3) and the toothkind also has aspartamine in it! I dont know whats worse the sugar or aspartamine? i dont really want to be giving her either but i know she needs to drink, ive tried just water and the heniz baby juice again but she keeps refusing and can actually go for days without drinking and I always give in becasue im afraid of her getting dehydrated. Sorry for the long post id be so so greatful for any advice. thanks x
