The grieving process can be long and painful, so we can’t imagine how confused Courtney Hill must be feeling weeks after receiving two very different pieces of news.
Courtney lost her beloved husband Brian in a trucking accident back at the beginning of February, and she was naturally devastated at the monumental loss.
On the morning of Brian’s wake, however, something extraordinary happened – Courtney took a pregnancy test, and it turned out to be positive. Incredibly, when Courtney went to hospital for a scan shortly after, she found out that she was not expecting one baby, but three babies – triplets.
Courtney is already a mother to her and Brian’s toddler daughter, Reagan.
Understandably, this is a hectic time for Courtney, and her family and friends have rallied around her, with her sister Amanda setting up a GoFundMe page (link here) for extra support.
Sharing Courtney’s story on the page, Amanda explained: “While we feel extremely blessed, this is overwhelming at the same time. Courtney, Reagan and future baby H's greatly appreciate all of your support. Thank you in advance from our family.”
So far, generous members of the public have donated a whopping $17,000 in just eight days.
