I went to Boots in Liffey Valley on Wednesday and had my first consultation. So to start I am 13st6lbs.
First impressions are good. It's not just shakes and I can eat lots of certain types of veg and fruit. Two days in and so far so good. It was hard shopping today smelling all the fresh bread but I got through it. Not a lover of their tomato flavoured soup. It really turned my stomach, the smell and taste. But I still have a couple more to try along with bars and shakes. Hoping the weekend goes well.
