With a successful career in modelling and food writing, you would think that Roz Purcell wouldn’t be intimidated by anything – but you would be wrong.

The stunning model has shared her thoughts on becoming a mum in the future, admitting that she experiences ‘nerves’ and ‘fear’ at the prospect of starting a family.

Indeed, while the 24-year-old is currently loved-up with singer and The Voice of Ireland judge Bressie, she says that we shouldn’t be expecting marriage and babies anytime soon.

In an interview with Irish Tatler, the star said: “I can’t think about marriage because it’s not as big as having kids. When I’m around babies, I get really nervous. I’d have to get over my fear of that first before I can start thinking about it.”

The star also opened up on the pressures of the modelling industry, revealing that she has at times experienced extreme negativity when it comes to body image.

Indeed, while she is one of the most striking and beautiful stars in the country, Roz reveals that she came under pressure to get surgery during her participation in the Miss Universe competition.

“They always wanted me to get a nose job, they said when I smiled my nose went down. They gave me a complex for years,” she said.

Well, we’re delighted that the natural beauty never gave into that kind of body image pressure
