Avocado smoothie
Avocados are high in protein, low in natural sugars and are an excellent source of potassium. Enjoying this smoothie for breakfast will help prevent the mid-morning slump.

1 green apple, peeled and sliced
1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
112g frozen spinach
3 tbsp plain yogurt
Handful of raspberries, sliced
60ml water
Handful of Ice cubes

Pour all your ingredients into a blender.

Process until creamy, or to your desired consistency.

Serve in glass.
