Avocado turkey wrap

These are remarkably easy to put together and are packed full of protein for growing kids. You can use plain wraps if you aren't a fan of the tomato variety.
1 tsp water
4 tomato flavoured flour wraps
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 avocado, pipped and sliced
1 red pepper, sliced

Lettuce leaves
Preheat the oven to 170°C/325°F/ gas mark 3
Gently sprinkle the water onto the wraps before wrapping them in tin foil and placing in the oven for 4 minutes. Don’t allow them go crispy.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Once cooled, spread the mayonnaise on each wrap and top with the lettuce leaves, Greene Farm Turkey, pepper and avocado.
Cut in half before serving.
