Balsamic vinaigrette dressing

A delicious and easy vinaigrette. A real all-rounder.
2 tbsp squeezy honey
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt sea
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 garlic clove, crushed
50mls balsamic vinegar
150mls extra virgin olive oil
Wash and sterilise a glass jar - a recycled jam jar is ideal.
Place all the ingredients in the jar and shake vigourously.
Store in the fridge.
Shake vigourouly before each use.
