Basic bear food
Put your oats into a pan, add your liquid and cook for a couple of minutes over a low heat, stirring to stop anything sticking.

Make your porridge with milk or water, then add a mashed banana and a couple of tablespoons of desiccated coconut.
Pink bear
Make your porridge with apple juice or water, then add a handful of strawberries or raspberries (fresh or frozen, depending on the time of year) and mash the berries in.
