Butternut squash wedges with crispy kale and houmous

A tasty side for your Christmas dinner
2 x 300g packets Cook at Home butternut squash wedges with feta
100g curly kale
½ tsp dried chilli flakes
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
200g carton houmous
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cook the butternut squash wedges according to packet instructions.
Place the kale, chilli flakes & oil on a parchment-lined baking sheet & toss to combine.
Season with salt & pepper & bake for 8-10 mins until crisp & golden.
Arrange the butternut squash wedges on a platter & scatter over the crispy kale.
Serve with the houmous & garnish with paprika, if preferred.
