3 spring onions, sliced

Bunch of fresh coriander leaves, chopped

600g white fish, cut into large chunks
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 yellow pepper, deseeded and sliced
300ml coconut milk
Juice of 2 limes
Salt and pepper
