Cheesy beef tacos
This cheesy beef taco would make a hearty lunch.

2 tsp olive oil

200g minced beef

3 tacos

50g salsa sauce

Lettuce leaves, shredded

2 large tomatoes, sliced

100g cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat your oven to 180C/350F/gas mark 4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan on a medium to high heat.

Gently brown your mince until it is thoroughly cooked about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Place the tacos onto the baking tray and place in the oven for about 3 minutes. Remove and place onto a clean plate.

Fill the taco with the salsa sauce, tomato slices, lettuce and mince. Top with cheese and serve.
