Chicken Chargrill Fajitas

15 Birds Eye Chicken Dippers

Lettuce (shredded)

4 tortilla wraps

Ingredients Guacamole

1 avocado

½ red onion (chopped)

1 red chilli

1 garlic clove (crushed)

Dash of lemon juice

Coriander (chopped)

Ingredients Salsa

1 small tomato

1 small red onion

Sprig of coriander

1 small chilli

Dash of lime juice

Method Fajitas

Whilst you cook the Chicken Dippers as per pack instructions, prepare the Salsa & Guacamole (or buy these readymade to save even more time!)

Heat the tortillas as per pack instructions

Fill the tortillas with shredded lettuce, 3-4 dippers, Guacamole and Salsa

Wrap & Serve

Method Guacamole

Finely dice 1 red chilli and add to the chopped onion

Cut the avocado length ways, remove the stone, remove the flesh from skin with a desert spoon and roughly chop

Mix all the ingredients into a bowl mix and season to taste

Method Salsa

Chop all ingredients into small pieces, season with the lime juice and milled pepper
