Chocolate brownie mug cake

This brownie is perfect for just one or you can make two if you are feeling generous. Top with ice-cream cream or just simple icing sugar.
40g self-raising flour
40g caster sugar
3 tbsp hot chocolate powder
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract
Icing sugar to sprinkle on top
In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, hot chocolate powder, oil, vanilla extract and water.
Mix until it forms a paste-like substance.
Spoon the mixture into your mug and place in the microwave on high for about 2 minutes.
Leave to cool for about 2 minutes.
Sprinkle the icing sugar on top and enjoy.
