Chocolate Scotcheroos
Tasty chocolate squares

100g butter

40g honey

1 tbs (10g) sugar

150g Rice Krispies®

1 packet (200g) chocolate chips/buttons

Put sugar, honey and butter into a saucepan, cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves and boil 5 mins, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat, add Kellogg's Rice Krispies, stir through.

Press into greased tin.

Melt chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.  Spread evenly over cereal mixture. Let stand. Cut into 2 x 1-inch bars when cool.
