A festive drink to celebrate the holidays
Rum
Cranberry juice

Pour a measure of rum into each glass that has been half filled with ice & fresh mint leaves and fill half full with cranberry juice, then top up with sparkling water.
Decorate each glass with a toothpick pushed through a thin slice of lime with a mound of pomegranate seeds and mint sprig to serve.
