Irish coffee slushy
A frozen twist on the Irish classic.

180ml coffee

30ml whiskey

30ml Baileys Irish Cream

60ml milk

300g ice cubes

30g brown sugar (optional)

Place all ingredients into a blender.

Blend until well combined. Pour over 2 chilled glasses, top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce if desired. Serve immediately.
