Cinnamon and blueberry muffins

Lovely large muffins bursting with blueberries and a hint of cinnamon.
For the muffins
200g plain flour
150g caster sugar
½ tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
75ml vegetable oil
1 egg
75ml milk
150g fresh blueberries
Topping
100g caster sugar
50g plain flour
50g butter, cubed
1½ tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F / Gas mark 6.
Grease or line muffin tin with paper cases.
Combine the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
Mix in the oil, egg and milk with the flour mixture.
Add in the blueberries.
Fill muffin tins to the top, and sprinkle with crumb topping mixture.
Crumb Topping:
Mix together all of the topping ingredients with a fork and add this over the muffins before baking.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes and allow to cool slightly before serving.
