Creamed kale

Lovely, comforting kale side dish.
1 head of kale, washed, stalks removed and chopped
30g butter
8tblsp cream
Blanch kale in boiling hot water until just tender.
Drain the liquid. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
Add the kale and spring onions, cook over a medium heat for a couple of minutes.
Add in double cream and season with salt and pepper.
Leave to reduce slightly over a medium heat for 5 mins.
