Creamy mashed potatoes
A tasty side for Christmas

1.5kg Rooster potatoes, peeled & cut into chunks

120ml milk

75g butter

Snipped fresh chives, to garnish

Cook the potatoes in salted water for 15–20 mins.

Drain & return to the pan to dry, then mash.

Heat the milk & butter, then beat into the potatoes & season with salt & pepper.

Garnish with chives.
